Welcome to the central clearing house on all information pertaining to
the Polish Catholic Churches of Detroit. A map of Detroit shows the locations of the churches, this includes active churches, decommissioned churches, and demolished churches. The Churches link provides information on the Polish Catholic Churches and links to the web pages of some of those churches. Some churches have on-line websites where you can buy merchandise for these Polish Churches. There are Historic Associations that are working to restore and maintain these beautiful Polish Catholic Churches, most of them from the turn of the 19th century. (These associations would gladly accept your donations so they can continue they efforts.) Additional histories are provided for the Detroit Poletown communities, as well as other Polish communities throughout the United States.
