About Us

Rachel Stocki, creator of Silver Horizon Web Design, started making websites in her early teens. She was taught by her father and assisted him with the making of his various websites.

Rachel began by learning how to edit HTML to make a website look how she wished, and then began dabbling into Microsoft Frontpage for the creation of her websites. Since then, she has become proficient in the use of programs such as Microsoft Frontpage, WordPress, and PhotoImpact, among others.

Since the creation of Silver Horizon Web Design in 2009, Rachel has created websites for three paying customers and has also created three websites on a volunteer basis.
